They wanted us to buildout the following for their basement (Must Haves!):

- Built in cabinets for storage and a small refrigerator
- A fireplace was a must!
- Ceiling lights with dimmer capability
- Include a spare bedroom that would fit a queen size bed and closet
- and to complete their basement a bathroom with a shower
- Lastly, they wanted it to feel homey where they could truly enjoy their new basement all year found.
